The Scrum Master is not a project manager. This certification covers the real work of the role: removing impediments, protecting the team focus, facilitating the events and coaching an organisation towards a way of working it has not practised before.
It goes into service to the team, service to the product owner and service to the organisation, and into the common failure modes of each.
Scrum Foundation knowledge is strongly recommended.
Exam of 40 multiple-choice questions, 60 minutes, 24 correct answers to pass. Two attempts included. Certificate issued by CERTIPROF with lifetime validity.
